Forsome among us, it may calculate that these changes use up exciting opportunities to expandour influence and to appl y our expertise in areas where behavioural issues have beenaddressed previously by other professions who have slight related scientific or clinicalexpertise (e.g., health care administration). Others among us, however, privilege a morecautious approach, skeptical of pecuniary interests, of go wrong and, more importantly,of obfuscating our avowedly billing and abandoning our scientific base.
